To Where We Ship

We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the United-States.

Our Processing Time

All our orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Storzflow has multiple warehouses in China and in the USA. Therefore, our shipping time varies depending on the location of the item requested. Please note that you might receive your packages in two different boxes and at different times. That is due again to the location of the item and that we want to provide you with your order as soon as we could. 

After the processing time of your order, you will be notified via email with the estimated delivery time which will be between 7-21 days based on the item location. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You will be able to track your package using the following link https://www.17track.net/en

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@storrzflow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it as soon as possible.

Will my items be sent in one package

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This is because some products require special shipping lines. You will receive 2 tracking numbers for your order if it is shipped separately.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please provide us with your physical address as our shipping carrier has limitations around shipping to a P.O. Box.

In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may not be available. Otherwise, our shipping methods apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays.
