Storzflow Returns Policies

At Storzflow we strive for excellent service

Returns

All eligible orders must be returned within 15 days from delivery date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@storzflow.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: MOST RETURNS ARE ON THE CUSTOMER. WE OFFER FREE RETUN ON SELECTED PRODUCTS ONLY!! (Look for a FREE Return Badge on the product)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days upon confirmation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, first re-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card or bank company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@storzflow.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with real prove of damage. In case of exchange please contact us at returns@storzflow.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should be emailing us first at returns@storzflow.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
